August Highlights at Cumberland View Aged Care

August was a vibrant month at Cumberland View Aged Care, filled with music, celebration and community connection. Residents enjoyed incredible performances from Kathy Lang, Alex Matthews, Aaron’s piano recital, Laurel McKenna, Jack the Music Man, Boruch, and Lorenzo, with dancing and fun continuing at Friday happy hour with Freddy Gulino and Steph Renouf.

Our High Tea Party brought families together for a joyful afternoon with Coxy the Cowboy. We got creative in cooking sessions, played spirited games of carpet bowls, and enjoyed relaxing coffee bus trips and craft activities.

We celebrated India’s Day of Independence and honoured our team on Aged Care Employee Thank You Day. Special moments included birthday celebrations and a visit from a furry friend at PAWS.

August reminded us that life at Cumberland View Aged Care is all about connection, laughter and making lasting memories.
