July Highlights at Cumberland View Aged Care

July was full of joy, creativity, and connection. Residents were delighted by our wandering minstrel, Baruch, who brought smiles through song. We painted roses using Bok choy, blending art and fun.

Our Teddy Bears Picnic was a much-loved event, and the visit from Milo the dog from Miracle Paws added a furry touch of happiness. We celebrated NAIDOC Week through craft and Book Club, and baked a delicious carrot cake together.

We explored International Tattoo Day, danced with Alex Matthews, and enjoyed a festive Christmas in July. On International Cuisine Day, we tasted the flavours of France, and Jose’s drumming session had everyone moving.

With music, laughter, and time shared with loved ones, July was a celebration of community life at Cumberland View Aged Care.
