On Friday 31st March sixteen intrepid Village friends left for a five-night cruise on the Golden Dawn. Accompanying us were the Hello World rep, Debbie, and her mother, Joy.
We sailed to Tasmania, and back. Not too exciting I hear you say? There was plenty to do on board: trivia (oh dear!), swimming, card games, lots of fun time with friends, 5 o'clock drinkies, eating, drinking and shows.
There were walking tours in Port Arthur, then a quick sail to Hobart. There were lots of tours offered around Hobart. A couple of villagers went to the Botanical Gardens, and a big group
of us went to the Art Gallery MONA. Hmmmm. Interesting.
A big thank you to Debbie and Hello World for organising it, and how lovely to have
