5 Steps to Entry
Arrange a free assessment with an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). They usually performed by health professionals like Doctors, Nurses or Social Workers.
Every aged care home is different. It’s important that you have a tour of Cumberland View Aged Care to ensure that the home suits your lifestyle and needs.
You may need to contribute to your accommodation, care and daily living costs. The amount will depend on your financial situation.
If you’re offered a place by Cumberland View Aged Care, a formal residential agreement outlines fees, services, rights and responsibilities will be required prior to moving in.
