Working in consultation with the Service Managers of the largest aged care facilities in Victoria, I am able to construct a cost effective strategy for both purchasing the accommodation bond and establishing the income stream required to account for the associated daily costs.
Most importantly in line with the aged care legislation, I am able to offer multiple options for the family to assess so that they are fully aware of their options and how they will affect changing circumstances.
I am able to liaise with the Department of Human Services directly to ensure that the administration side of aged care is simplified and straight forward without any further concern for both the family and the facility.
As a qualified aged care adviser I am often requested by the facilities to make public presentations about the financial aspects of the aged care system.

Undertaken a no-obligation short consultation with Richard after the presentation at the Open Day and provided their name(s) and contact details in order to schedule a financial consultation with a view to formulating a personal financial plan. Engaged Richard to support the plan implementation. Entered into an agreement via a signed lease agreement to purchase a Retirement Village unit at CVRV by 30 December 2022, and settled the purchase for the unit by Friday 31 March 2023. The maximum value payable by CVRV for the personal financial consultation fee (‘the fee’) on behalf of the Purchaser, to Richard Meaden of Proven Financial Solutions is $3,000.00 + GST. All other fees in relation to the purchase of the unit at CVRV and any additional financial consultation services with Richard Meaden and Proven Financial Solutions are payable by the Purchaser.
